What part are you trying to fix?  Your Subject line suggests that you're
concerned about the "Non-authoritative answer".  Since 204.210.223.20 isn't
one of the registered servers for the webwyse.com domain, that's normal
behavior.  You normally only get authoritative answers from the primary or
secondary servers for a domain.
